By using Projekt Racing services and other sites and tools linked to Projekt Racing  (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the general principles for the Site regardless of whether you have read through all of the applicable terms. As used in these Terms & Conditions, " Projekt Racing", "us" or "we" refers to Projekt Racing LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, AS THEY INCLUDE TERMS SUCH AS LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT MAY LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS.

You must accept all of the terms in these Terms & Conditions before you become a registered user of the Site. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that these Terms & Conditions will apply whenever you use the Site or any service or business offered on the Site. In addition, you will also be subject to any additional terms and guidelines applicable to any such separate service and business (which, if inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions, shall control). If you do not agree with any of these Terms & Conditions, including any linked documents, do not use the Site.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Projekt Racing reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or adjust shipping costs errors. Projekt Racing reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Projekt Racing may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Projekt Racing, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately.

Projekt Racing reserves the right to make changes to the Projekt Racing website and its Terms and Conditions at any time.

Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Projekt Racing be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Projekt Racing website or its products.

Products sold by Projekt Racing are designed and manufactured for track and show use only.  Some products may, in some localities, be illegal for use on the street.  Please check Federal, State and local laws regarding use on your vehicle. Projekt Racing does not make any claim to any products being "street legal".

Motorcycle riding is a dangerous activity. While every effort has been made to ensure that our products are designed and manufactured to the highest possible quality standards, Projekt Racing cannot assume responsibility for property damage or personal injury incurred by or concurrent with the use of products purchased from Projekt Racing, even if such damage or injury is the direct result of the failure of a product purchased from Projekt Racing.

Projekt Racing assumes individuals performing the installation of its products to be qualified motorcycle mechanics, who can make the judgments and adjustments which may be necessary in the installation process, and which cannot be anticipated by Projekt Racing in advance, in order that the installation is a safe and proper one. Projekt Racing assumes no responsibility for damage or personal injury which may be caused by the manner in which Projekt Racing products are installed.

If you use a Projekt Racing product, you use them at your own risk. We want you to be healthy, to ride safely, and enjoy a long lifetime of motorcycling. Please do not use any product if you are uncertain of your ability to properly install it. If you are uncertain about your ability to properly install or use any Projekt Racing product, you may return it provided that it is a regularly stocked item in unused original condition (see return policy). Please contact us if you have installation problems. We can walk you through it. 

Installation

Proper installation of parts is the responsibility of the customer. Projekt Racing is not responsible for any liabilities incurred from installation or faulty installation. If you do not have experience regarding installing aftermarket bodywork, performance parts, or accessories, we recommend you pay a LICENSED PROFFESSIONAL for installation.
